We start the day with an invigorating hormone yoga session. This practice awakens joy and energy. It supports the flow of creative power and promotes inner vitality. A morning ritual that gently energizes body and mind and awakens new inspiration. Ladies only.
8:30 – 9:00 PILATES FOR A STRONG LOWER BACK with Pia - Location: Classroom
This session supports our stability and flexibility in the pelvic area: We focus on exercises that, through targeted tension in the lumbar spine, relax the hip flexors and, by releasing the hip joints, enable more efficient activation of our back extensor muscles.
12:00 RELAXING HIKE via Oberjuns
Enjoy a beautiful one-hour winter hike from Lanersbach via Oberjuns. Meeting point at reception. Please register by 10:00 PM the evening before. Total duration approximately 2 hours.
3:00 PM – 4:00 PM HEALTHY HIPS with Pia - Location: Classroom
We will focus on the health of our hips and pelvic floor. This class offers strengthening and stretching exercises that promote energy in the sacral chakra and improve our flexibility.
5:15 PM – 6:15 PM YIN YOGA - Release with Bea - Location: Classroom
Hormone yoga also includes gentle Yin yoga postures. We will practice letting go and conscious relaxation. The practice releases tension and supports inner balance – both physical and emotional – especially in the core.
8:00 PM Live Music with "Zillertaler Hogbankla" at the Bergfriedalm
Great atmosphere at the mountain hut. Whether you want to dance and party or simply relax and enjoy yourself.
