By providing the credit card number and expiration date, you irrevocably confirm that the final bill or any cancellation fees may be charged to the credit card unless another method of payment is agreed or no other form of payment has been made.

Our payment options on site are in cash, with MAESTRO card, VISA or MASTER CARD.

• up to 14 days before date of arrival, with 50% it computes all nights.

We will be happy to make your room available to you from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. The Bergfrieds pampering board begins on the day of arrival at 1 p.m. with our afternoon buffet and ends on the day of departure at 10.30 a.m. after breakfast.

You are very welcome to enjoy our pool and spa area from 9 a.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure it is included until 1 p.m.

Late check-out with room (subject to availability): €45 per adult / €20 per child

Late check-out without room: €35 per adult / €15 per child

With these packages you can enjoy the afternoon buffet
& the hotel facilities until 6 p.m. on the day of departure.

Yes, we offer a variety of vegetarian dishes at the Bergfried. We are also happy to prepare vegan dishes for you on request. Our extensive breakfast always includes vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free products. If you have any special requests, we are happy to fulfill them on request.

Our luxury-board includes a 5-course menu of your choice in the hotel restaurant. However, you also have the option of enjoying your dinner in the cozy Bergfriedalm or at our exclusive Chef's Table. We ask that you book one day in advance.

Bergfriedalm: For dinner in the Bergfriedalm, a deduction of €30 per adult will be made from the luxury-board.
Chef's Table: For the exquisite 9-course tasting menu at the Chef's Table, a surcharge of €99 per menu will be charged.

We offer our guests free WiFi in the rooms and in all hotel areas.

Expenses: € 35,-- (from December 2024 € 38,--) per dog & night. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in some suites, in the restaurants, in the spa, in the swimming area and on the lawn. We reserve the right to charge for any final cleaning that may be required

For our smokers, we have built our own SMOKING LOUNGE right near the bar. You can relax here in a comfortable and modern setting.

We would like to point out that smoking is not permitted in our rooms or in the entire hotel. You are also welcome to smoke on the balconies or terrace.

It is possible to reserve a day spa at our hotel from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The daily price is €65 per adult. Breakfast, afternoon buffet or dinner can be booked separately. Please note that reservations in advance are required.

Each room has an included underground parking space. We also offer four e-charging stations for your electric vehicle.
