The via ferrata Zimmereben is for families as well as for demanding climbers. Difficulty A to E. The difference of height is 200 meters and you climb about 1.5 hours. You have to enter the via ferrata with a professional climbing gear.
The highlights for climbers are the "Ewigen Jagdgründe" (Eternal Hunting Grounds), with two approx. 60 m-high granite rocks that jut out of the ground close to the Gasthof Breitlahner in Zemmgrund. These climbing grounds, with a difficulty of 4-10, are very safe and amongst the finest to be found in Europe
The Hintertux glacier, the Zillertal climbing paradise of a different kind: Simple glacier trekking and climbing tours in vertical ice or in winter waterfall ice climbing. The Hintertux Glacier as climbing area is a class of its own.
Our guide takes you through these close to nature via ferrata on the Huterlaner with family-friendly route guidance and excellent security. Short walking distances alternate with steep upturns. Among other very interesting trail sections the rope bridge is the highlight. This route, for families with children aged 10 and above, has interesting changes, adventurous climbs and some treats. Sportiness and agility are required. When the sumit is reached, restaurant Zimmereben awaits you.
