Reservation / Payment

To reserve a room we ask for a deposit of about 30% of the total amount for your stay. Please transfer it to the following bank:

Or you can pay via credit card (Mastercrad-Eurocard -VISA / no American-Express).
Please be so kind and send us a confirmation of debit with your 16-digit-Kredit-Card-Nr. (e.g. example No. 1234 5678 9101 1121) and 4-digit expiration date.

Arrival and departure
We are happy to provide you your room from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
The Bergfried's Gourmet Full board starts on the day of arrival at 1:00 PM with our afternoon buffet and ends on the day of departure at 10:30 AM after breakfast.

Deposit
For fixed reservations we friendly ask for a down payment of 30% of the room price by credit card or by bank transfer to our account at Raiffeisenbank Tux: IBAN: AT65 3634 2000 0001 0959, BIC: RZTIAT22342.

By letting us know your credit card number and expiration date you irrevocably confirm that the final bill or any cancellation fees may be charged to the credit card provided. Exceptions due to prior made payment agreements may take place.

Once your stay is ending, you have the option to either pay in cash, with MAESTRO card, VISA or MASTERCARD.

Treatments in our World of Wellness
Our wellness team awaits you daily from 9:00 AM -8:00 PM. In order to best meet your needs, we ask you to book beauty or vitality packages in advance or during room reservation.
Cancellations must be made the day before, otherwise we have to charge the full amount for the selected treatment. We ask for your understanding.

Vouchers
You are welcome to purchase vouchers from us. These are valid for the hotel as well as for the Bergfriedalm. Redemption in form of cash payment is not possible.

Dogs
Costs: € 35, - per dog & night. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the following areas: Some suites as well as in the restaurants, the spa area, the swimming area and on the rooftop lawn. We reserve the right to charge for any required cleaning.

Internet
We offer Wi-Fi free of charge in the whole hotel

Smoking or Non-smoking in our SMOKING LOUNGE
For our smokers, we have set up our own SMOKING LOUNGE in the immediate vicinity of the bar. You can relax here comfortably.We would like to point out, that in our rooms, as well as in the entire hotel smoking is not permitted. You are welcome to smoke on the balconies or on the terrace or in the S-Lounge.
